    1. UCO Bank Bio Metric Roll Out – Implementation of Bio MetricDevices in the branches of UCO Bank as per plan given from bank’s end. The project was for Pan India location and we have to implement it in more than 550 branches.

    2. NIC Printer Installation – Installation of printers in NIC offices of U.P. and Bihar. Completed more than 60 offices.

    3. Rajasthan State Cooperative Bank – Hand Holding support had been given from our end for 3 months in a single branch for more than 300 branches on the platform of core banking solution, software B@ncs 24. PROJECTS HANDLED

    4. Utkal Gramin Bank – Hand Holding support of 50 branches for 7 days in a single branch on platform Core Banking Solution, software B@ncs 24.

    5. Post Office Data Entry – Uploading the manual data of the various certificates. We have completed more than 500 post offices in a time span of 11 months. The project was implemented by us in Pan India Location.

    6. FIR Data Entry – Uploading manual FIR, in Jharkhand district Dhanbad.

    7. RF Survey – RF Survey in West Bengal for Airtel and Vodafone.

    8. LOS Survey – LOS Survey in Kolkata for Airtel.

    DOP RSI Rollout Services – Statement of Work Department of Posts (DOP) is embarking on an IT Modernization project called India Post 2012. The India Post 2012 project is not only about implementing new technologies but also about aligning its people, processes and technology more closely with its strategy and vision. As part of the India Post 2012 project, DOP is undertaking Rural ICT project, whose goal is to provide a low power technology solution (ICT device) to each Branch Post Master (BPM).

    Rollout Services – Scope of Work The identified resources would undergo the following Trainings 1. 2 days of Class room training 2. 7 days of Training along with the DOP officials 3. 3 days of on the job training at nearest DO where the Roll out is in progress After completing the above training the technician shall be deployed in the identified DOP DO and he/she would be responsible for the following • Technician shall inspect and verify handheld devices and connectivity solutions are functioning as per agreed specifications • To monitor and coordinate with RH vendor for the basic hardware and connectivity issues • First and one point of contact for any issues or changes • Conduct trainings for DOP Trainers as and when required • Monitor and support DOP Trainers during BPM trainings • Coordinate with RH vendor to rectify any defects in hardware supplied or connectivity issues • Driving the assessment of BPMs and reporting to CM vendor of the completion for completion of trainings as well as assessment results in mutually agreed format • Post BPM Training, monitor the performance of the BPMs remotely and advise respective Inspectors in case there is a need for re-training of the BPM or in case if a BPM is not capable of managing the EDO’s operations with the new device(s) installed • Coordinate with PMO and Circle offices with respect to data capture, corrections, data migration in production environments, rollout, etc. • Collate and Provide Circle Office with all the inputs relating to the project status for any meetings or reviews that are to be done by the Circle Office with the Directorate or others. • Coordinate with Helpdesk team, to resolve all open issues with respect to device and application for early closure. • Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate • Work with customers/end users/trainers to identify device problems and advise on the solution • Log and keep records of end user queries and follow up with relevant stakeholders for resolutions • Analyze issue logs to spot common trends and underlying problems and document them for future references when resolving similar issues. • Coordinate with RICT vendor to coordinate their visit in case the device problem is not resolved on phone • Coordinate with Division Heads regarding the sign-offs on reconciliation reports during data migration. • Diagnose hardware/software faults and solve basic technical problems, either over the phone or face to face. • Collate and provide data/status reports to DOP and Infosys PMO on regular basis and whenever asked for • Coordinate with Division staff for all required signoffs for BOs and further sharing them with PMO team
